- Orders placed with PROTECTIONDEALS.com by 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time are generally processed and shipped the same day for "Universal Auto Accessories". Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, products ordered under “drop shipped" and products to be shipped directly from manufacturer may take a little longer.
- Custom made products require manufacturing time. We ensure to keep you informed accordingly. However, if there are any delays or backorders, we will notify you by telephone and email. When placing an order please verify the accuracy of both your phone number and email address.
- Once your order is shipped, PROTECTIONDEALS.com will email you a tracking number to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date of your order. Kindly allow 1 to 5 business days for transit time depending on distance from the shipping origin.
- We use only Fed-Ex and UPS as our shipping methods. Some items shipped directly from the manufacture may be shipped with DHL.
- Fed-Ex and UPS do not deliver to Military APO/FPO boxes or a PO Box. If the billing address for your credit card is a PO Box, please provide an alternative Ship-To address when placing your order.
- Qualified "Free Shipping" orders are shipped Ground with Fed-Ex or UPS to continental US addresses excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- Express shipping is available for all products (excluding hazardous items). An "estimate" will be located on the order checkout page. We try to be as exact as possible, however, weight, box dimensions and multiple items can alter the amount. A Customer Service Agent will contact you of any freight cost change or delays before you are billed. Express Shipping is not available as "Free Shipping".
- All orders are shipped with appropriate insurance. If your order is received with freight damage, please notify within 48 hours. Please contact a Customer Service Agent at 1-888-234-6530. Before making a call to a Customer Service Agent, keep your Order ID number ready. Preserve the box, all packaging materials and damaged product just as it was received. The shipping carrier will go to the place of delivery to inspect and retrieve the damaged package.
International Orders and Shipping Procedures
- PROTECTIONDEALS.com welcomes international customers for orders of $500 or more (excluding shipping charges). Payments can be made by any of the three modes – Paypal / Wire transfers Credit cards.
- PayPal payments are accepted only if you are a Verified user and the shipping address is Confirmed by PayPal. All Unconfirmed payments will be sent back and a Customer Service Agent will send you an email of other available options (When placing an order please ensure your email address is correct). - Credit Cards are acceptable provided you give additional information. We require a faxed copy of the front and back of your credit card and a copy of any of your following identification (IE: Personal ID, Drivers license or Passport). This information must be faxed to 1-888-234-6530; referencing your order number, before commencement of order processing.
- All international orders are shipped through Fed-Ex International Priority.
- Freight charges are billed in full. "Free Shipping" is not valid for international orders. Absolutely no handling charges or hidden fees are ever added by PROTECTIONDEALS.com
- Any additional fees regarding Tariffs, Customs duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- A PROTECTIONDEALS.com Customer Service Agent will contact you in 1-2 business days regarding your total purchase price and shipping charges before processing your order.

- Delivery Time:
- Please allow 1-5 business days’ time for delivery at address specified by you. Because our products ship from warehouses and manufacturers across the US, exact shipping method and times may vary from product to product. It is likely that your items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.
If you would like express shipping for your products, please specify at the time of placing your order. Our Customer Service Agent will contact you with the express delivery options for your items. Please remember, custom made products require manufacturing time and express delivery will apply from the time product is ready to leave the warehouse. Express Shipping is not available as "Free Shipping".
Shipping prices are clearly stated next to each product. Your shipping cost can be viewed on product pages under the heading "Shipping" or in your Shopping Cart before making a purchase final.
Free Shipping offer is valid only for some products. Eligible products are specified on their product information page with free shipping icon. In your shopping cart Free appears in the shipping column for all such products.
Mode of Shipping
Shipping method will be selected by PROTECTIONDEALS.COM. Free Shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method chosen by PROTECTIONDEALS.COM or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfillment centers.
Free Shipping offer does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. These items are labeled as oversized on their product information page, and will not feature the Free Shipping icon.
Free shipping is not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.
PROTECTIONDEALS.COM reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time.
APO / FPO
Protectiondeals offers APO/FPO shipping on select items to our US military personnel and their families stationed overseas. Currently, this only includes items from our direct-ship vendors who participate in shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
To place an APO/FPO order, shop online shopping cart as normal and enter your address at checkout. A Protectiondeals’ Customer Service Agent will contact you in 1-2 working days by phone or email if by chance the products you ordered cannot be shipped to your address. The Agent will also seek your approval for the shipping costs on your order.
**Your order will not be processed until we have received your approval of the shipping costs.
