However, spot cleaning of products can be carried using water, soap, tissue and sponge as required.

Ans.  All these details are required to manufacture three-dimensional custom covers. In order to make Custom Covers we also need details such as whether your vehicle is equipped with factory installed or aftermarket options such as rear spoilers. Do inform us if rear spoilers can affect the fitting of your custom cover designed by us.

Q12. Is it possible for me to obtain covers for the two front seats after placing an order?
Ans. The order for the two front seats is considered as one order and the order for two rear seats or a rear bench seat as another order. If you are eager to order all the four seats in a four-door vehicle, take care to specify the same while placing your order online.

Q13. What is meant by 50-50, 60-40, and 40-20-40?
Ans. Following are the implications of various configurations:

1. The 50-50 configuration denotes that both front seats (the driver seat as well as the passenger seat) of vehicle are equal in size.
2. The 60-40 configuration denotes that the driver's seat in the front is larger by 20% in comparison to the front passenger's seat.
3. The 40-20-40 configuration denotes that the front seats in your vehicle are equal in size and there is a console in between.

Q16. How can a molded dash cover be differentiated from a regular dash cover?

Q19. When will my credit card be billed?
Ans. Your credit card is billed on receipt of your order and your order going into production. It generally happens to be the same day on which you place your order. If you place an order on a weekend, it is the next business day.

Q20. When will the product be delivered after placement of the order?
Ans. Universal, in-stock products are processed within 2 business days and are ready to leave the warehouse. However, for made to order custom products 2 to 3 weeks are needed for production. Once you place your order and after it has been processed at our end, you will be informed of an estimated delivery date depending on the type of order placed. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you after shipping of your order.

Q21. Can I return my custom seat covers if they don't fit?
Ans. Protectiondeals guarantees the fit and quality of all seat covers. If there is a defect or error in the workmanship of any custom seat cover, it will be re-made or corrected at no extra charge to you. Kindly refer to our return policy for full details.

Q22. My car seats have airbags, will the seat covers have provision for them?
Ans. Yes. For seats with airbags we offer Custom seat covers that are designed with either an opening or Velcro to allow free function of airbags in case of need. When you place your order for Custom Seat Covers, you will be directed to specify whether or not your seats have built in air bags. Universal Seat Covers are not recommended for seats equipped with airbags as they are not manufactured with provisions for airbags.
